Price: Shipping is not included in item prices. It is calculated automatically depending on the items in your cart. It should only go over 200SEK (about 20$) in very rare cases: if it looks like the calculation is doing something wrong, contact me and we will figure it out.

Processing times: Items will typically be shipped sometime in the week following an order, using Postnord. Delivery times will vary greatly, from 1-2 days inside Sweden to several weeks for overseas. Most items are sent with a tracking number, and the tracking information will be sent to you. Small items like buttons are shipped untracked. Contact me if you would prefer a different shipping method: tracked shipping for small items, insurance, expedited, etc.

Taxes: Fibraquarelle is based in Sweden and VAT-registered. If you're located in the EU, 25% VAT will be added during checkout. If you're outside the EU, you may have to pay extra fees at import time. Those vary by location: contact your local customs agency to find out how high those typically are. Because all products are made using natural fibers, import restrictions might apply. I will strive to check those ahead of time and contact you if there is a problem.

Problems: I will use the address provided during the order. Please make sure that it is valid, and that you put in a name you can use to claim the package. I will attempt to contact you if the package is returned after being unclaimed: depending on your preference, I will either send it again at the cost of extra shipping, or issue a full refund minus shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and I will see what we can do.

Lost packages: If tracking claims that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please first contact your local postal authorities to see if they have more details. I will not issue a refund if a package is marked as having been delivered: if theft is a problem, add a note in your order and I'll ship the item with signature requirement.

Returns: Per Swedish law, you have 14 days after receiving your product to change your mind and send it back. But even after that, if you want to return something you have not used, contact me and I will see what can be done. I am not able to offer free return shipping at this point. Because textiles are sensitive, I might not be able to offer a full refund on returns: I will determine what can be done after I receive the returned product.
